GALLUP-CERTIFIED STRENGTHS COACH

Lead and grow from who you really are.

I help leaders and teams turn natural talent into deliberate strength. Through CliftonStrengths coaching and Deep Democracy facilitation, we build the trust that great performance is actually based on.

The idea behind the name

Trust is the base everything is built on.

Most teams try to add trust at the end — after the strategy, the structure, the OKRs. But trust isn't a finishing touch. It's the foundation. When people understand their own talents and genuinely see each other's, trust stops being a slogan and becomes the way they work.

That's the work I do at Trust Based Solutions: helping individuals name their natural strengths, and helping teams build a shared language strong enough to hold honest conversations, healthy conflict, and real performance.

How we can work together

From a single conversation to a whole culture.

For individuals & leaders01

1:1 Strengths Coaching

A guided journey through your CliftonStrengths profile — turning raw talent into deliberate, repeatable performance.

  • Personal CliftonStrengths debrief of your Top 5 or Full 34
  • Translate talents into daily habits and decisions
  • Name and manage your blind spots and basement behaviours
  • A development plan you actually keep using
For founders, CEOs & leadership teams02

C-Level Team & Culture

My core work: helping C-level teams bond and succeed as one unit. I step in as a thinking partner for founders and CEOs on team development and company culture.

  • Team Strengths grid and partnership maps
  • Honest conversations, vulnerability and real trust
  • Deep Democracy facilitation for what goes unspoken
  • Ways of working that outlast the training session
For teams & offsites03

Experiential & Workation Facilitation

Some of the truest team moments happen on a two-day hike or a well-designed workation — where status stays in the city and people meet each other for real.

  • Strengths and values woven into real experiences
  • Hikes, retreats and workation design
  • Celebrating human connection, not just agendas
  • Insight that sticks because it was lived, not slides
For events & ongoing groups04

Keynotes, Workshops & Community

Energising, evidence-based talks and workshops on strengths and human-centred teams — plus ongoing leader communities like Vadovų Savaitgalis and the What's Next series.

  • Open and in-house CliftonStrengths workshops
  • Keynotes on strengths-based culture and trust
  • Leaders' weekends and peer communities
  • Strengths brought into schools and new audiences

Honest, practical, and yours to keep.

We start with you

A free intro conversation to understand your goals, your team and your moment.

02

We make it tangible

Assessment, debrief and design — shaped around your context, not a generic deck.

03

We make it stick

Habits, language and rituals so the work lives on long after our last session.

The framework

34 talents. Four domains. One unrepeatable you.

CliftonStrengths sorts the way you naturally think, feel and behave into 34 themes across four domains of team contribution.

9 themes

Executing

Making things happen

People strong in Executing themes know how to make things happen. When you need someone to implement a solution, these are the people who will work tirelessly to get it done.

8 themes

Influencing

Reaching the wider audience

Those strong in Influencing themes know how to take charge, speak up and make sure the team is heard. They help the group reach a far wider audience.

9 themes

Relationship Building

Holding the team together

Relationship Building themes are the glue that holds a team together. Without these strengths, a team is simply a group of individuals; with them, it becomes something far greater.

8 themes

Strategic Thinking

Stretching our thinking for the future

Strategic Thinking themes help teams absorb and analyse information so that better decisions can be made. They keep everyone focused on what could be.

Leaders I've worked with

The people behind the work.

A few of the founders and CEOs I've had the privilege to coach — and who have openly shared how strengths shape the way they lead.

Culture that stuck
"Two years after our strengths workshop, Paulius still sends me snapshots of his team's Strengths grid during strategy sessions. Sharp, always building something new — and caring deeply for the people he works with."
Paulius Lazauskas
CEO & Co-founder, iToGroup
Individualization · Strategic
A global mindset
"Genuinely curious about his people and how they shape culture through local projects and spaces. Vytis leads with Individualization and Strategic — and openly shares how he puts his strengths into action every day."
Vytis Žalimas
CEO, LTG Infra
Innovation & trust
"If you ever wondered what talents a truly global mindset looks like — here it is. Future-driven, treating the whole world as a playground for new business, from Lithuania to Nigeria, Ghana, Indonesia and Vietnam."
Vytautas Paukštys
Founder & CEO, Eskimi
Leading by inspiration
"One of those founders who stands out for innovation and the trust he gives his team — leading by inspiration, not command and control. He shared with me how his CliftonStrengths shape the way he leads and lives."

Founder & long-time client
Insights

Notes on strengths, trust & teams.

Short, practical reflections from the work — on building strengths-based cultures, leading without performing, and the conversations teams avoid.

CliftonStrengths · Featured4 min read

How you build trust depends on your Strengths domain

Two of my favourite things — trust and strengths — belong together. Leading with Influencing, I build trust through shared ambition and energy. Yours might look completely different. That's the point.

Leadership5 min read

The high performer you might need to let go

The brilliant jerk tops the leaderboard and leaves a trail of resentment behind. People stop speaking up, innovation slows, trust erodes. Often I'm called in to 'build trust' — when the real work is a decision the manager already knows.

Teams4 min read

Sometimes the best thing a manager can do is not show up

A great first call with a sales rep. Then the manager joined the follow-up — and within five minutes the rep tensed, the flow disappeared and trust quietly broke. Presence isn't always help.

Share your strengths out loud

The teams I work with agree to openly share their CliftonStrengths with each other. It lets people use their talents intentionally — and meet each other's needs and motivators on purpose, every day.

Plug your CliftonStrengths into AI

Prompt your strengths into an AI and ask what kind of mentorship you'd enjoy, what keeps you engaged, and where your talents might trip you up. Your fastest growth is hidden in the talents you already bring.

What a two-day hike reveals about a team

One leader told me staff assessments after a hike are 90% accurate — sharper than any bought tool. In the woods, with a shared goal and a map, we're far truer than in our 'suited-up' selves.
